How to pay for your fish.
PERSON TO PERSON SERVICE
When you click on How To Order Fish you will fill in an email form asking some questions to help us provide a quote for your order.
You will be given the total cost and the delivery day will be aranged, one-on-one, by email, with our operations manager, Richard.
Payment should then be made by direct deposit to our account. (Details below.) You should then email us to let us know you have made the payment. We do not have credit card facilities. If you prefer Bpay can be aranged with Richard.

How will your fish be delivered
If the delivery address is within the overnight or 2 day coverage of our courier, they will be delivered to your door.
This service is only available to customers in some parts of South East Queensland.
All other orders will be delivered to your nearest airport. Please note, we do not deliver to all airports in Australia.

How much will delivery and packing cost.
Freight and packing costs vary depending on the destination and the method of transport. Airlines have very strict rules regarding the packing of live fish.

How to Order:
